After his wife’s death, an 80-year-old man leaves his village to live in the city with his son and daughter-in-law. However, as the date of his birthday approaches, his son calls the other family members to tell them that he is no longer able to take care of him. Another solution must be found, requiring that everyone should take their responsibility.

Pocket Money:

Victoras is a lonely child, his main companions being his bicycle and his music. His father, Antonis, has trouble understanding his isolation and the two of them can’t communicate. During the summer that his headphones break, Victoras asks for money to get new ones but Antonis makes him earn it, by working alongside him in their sheep farm. Their work together causes friction and the gap between them widens. When Victoras loses a sheep, an economic deal of Antonis falls apart. Furious, Antonis leaves Victoras alone in the mountain. That same night, Victoras will try to bring back the sheep and Antonis, having regretted, will look for Victoras. At dawn, the two of them will meet again.
